Course evaluations from the Spring 2003 semester reflected a score of 4.8/5.0 on the measure of teaching effectiveness and 4.8/5.0 on the measure of the value of the course to an understanding of the field. Field Study in School Library Media Programs Assumed all responsibility for the capstone course for students in the school library media specialization in Completely revised and significantly increased course requirements. In addition, during the academic year, I assumed responsibility for advising an additional 20 students who are planning careers as public librarians, children s librarians, or children s information specialists.
