9 Coaches Jono Holt: Matthew Walsh: Chris Lynch: Midweek Training During the school football season, your midweek training should be limited. If you train Tuesday/Thursday: treat your Tuesday session as a Captain s Run for extra touch, and Thursday as a recovery session. If you train Monday/Wednesday: Train Monday as per Normal and then perform a recovery session on Wednesday. We have been in contact with all local coaches about this. If there are any issues let us know. Remember: You will be playing 2 games a week for 7 weeks so you need to be really careful about what you put your body through 8
10 Recovery Recovery is crucial for your performance.
