We are blesse to have an abunance of stuents who will soon be prospering in their chosen fi els, but who come from homes of moest family incomes. Many of our stuents rely on the support etaile in this report in orer to atten LTS. Our stuents benefi t immeasurably from the scholarship money an other gifts that our alumni an friens have mae available this past year. As both a parent an a trustee, I am an will be forever grateful to the faculty, staff, Hea of School, founing Heamaster, fellow parents an stuents for the wonerful, nurturing environment my aughter has been a part of over the past six years. So, rather than some boring speech, I woul like to share some of the things that I remin myself about on a aily basis. These are not original thoughts; these are things that I have hear, have rea an/or have been suggeste to me over the years. Some of them I learne in Kinergarten an some of them I still struggle through toay Become comfortable speaking in public. Be aware. Be honest. Be humble. Be involve. Be kin. Be patient. Be trusting. Care about something, anything. Fin something an someone to love. Fin a way to o what you love, most of the time. Share. Laugh. Have a sense of humor. Give back. Take care of yourself. Take care of others. Say you re sorry. Amit when you re wrong. Try new things. What goes aroun comes aroun & sometimes it takes a while. ALUMNI EVENTS Time fl ies. Think outsie the box. Without risk, there is no rewar. Nothing changes if you change nothing. Do one thing every ay that scares you. If you nee something, ask; the worst that can happen - they say NO. Every time you make a plan, no matter how well thought out your plan may be, things will change. Learn to roll with it, make it work, use it to your avantage or create an opportunity. Sometimes you have to take a number. No whining. An last but certainly not least HAVE FUN!
