None AUDIENCE: Geri Hodges, Harold Krieger, Christina Padilla, Ramon Padilla, Alanna Holmes, Kenneth Wilson, Whitney Hodges, Terrill Nickerson, Tommy Reyes, and Kathy Reyes. I. CALL TO ORDER- Roll Call II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: All in attendance recited the pledge. Executive session was held here but will be listed in order. III. APPROVE CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES: Mr. Disney recommended offering a notice of assignment to Dolores Chavez for the approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer a notice of assignment to Dolores Chavez for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering a notice of assignment to Christina Padilla for the approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to offer a notice of assignment to Christina Padilla for the school year. All voted aye. All others voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the HS Head Football assignment to James Osborn Jr. for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer James Osborn Jr. the HS Head Football assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended to not offer the HS Head Girls Basketball assignment to Jesse Licano for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to not offer the HS Head Girls Basketball assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the HS Head Boys Basketball assignment to Harold Krieger for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Harold Krieger the HS Head Boys Basketball assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the HS Head Wrestling assignment to Jeremy Horn. for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Jeremy Horn the HS Head Wrestling assignment for the school year. Mr. Horn abstains, all others voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the HS Head Baseball assignment to Thomas Reyes for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Thomas Reyes the HS Head Baseball assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the HS Cheerleading assignment to Christina Padilla for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Christina Padilla the HS

4 Cheerleading assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the JR High Football assignment to Jeremy Horn for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Jeremy Horn the JR High Football assignment for the school year. Mr. Horn abstains, all others voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the JR High Wrestling assignment to Jeremy Horn for the school year. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Disney s recommendation to offer Santino Apodaca the JR High Boys Basketball assignment for the school year. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the JR High Girls Basketball assignment to Victor Lopez for the school year. Motion Mr. Disney recommended offering the JR High Girls and Boys Track assignments to Susie Gilbert for the school year. APPROVE EXTRA DUTY ASSIGNMENTS: Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the HS National Honor Society assignment to Geri Hodges. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Geri Hodges for the NHS assignment. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the Knowledge Bowl assignment to Jerri Ann Stover. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Jerri Ann Stover for the Knowledge Bowl assignment. All voted aye. Motion

5 Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the Elementary Student Council assignment to Emily Palmer. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Emily Palmer for the Elementary Student Council assignment. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the Annual Publication assignment to Gaynell Williams. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Gaynell Williams for the Annual Publications assignment. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the Gifted/Talented assignment to Joshua Trujillo. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Joshua Trujillo for the Gifted and Talented assignment. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended tabling the Technology Director assignment at this time. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Horn to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to table the Technology Director assignment at this time. Mr. Bauserman and Mr. Hodges voted no all others voted yes. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the NWEA Testing and Data Reports assignment to Joe Headley. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to approve Joe Headley for the NWEA Testing and Data Reports assignment. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended tabling the Transportation Director assignment until the evaluation is completed. Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s recommendation to table the transportation director assignment until the evaluation is completed. All voted aye. Motion Mr. Sanchez recommended offering the following class sponsor positions for the school year: 8 th Grade- Crystal Cuckow 9 th Grade Gaynell Williams 10 th Grade - Kenneth Wilson 12 th Grade Geri Hodges Motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Hodges to approve Mr. Sanchez s above mentioned recommendations for class sponsors for the school year. All voted aye. Motion VI. DISCUSS NEW BUSINESS TEACHER POSITION: Discussion was held but this item will be tabled until the next meeting.

6 VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION C.R.S (4) (f) Personnel matter- discussion of matters specific to particular employees, not general personnel policies. Does not include discussion of board members or appointment to the board. CLASSIFIED AND COACHING EVALUATIONS. At 7:01 P.M, motion by Mr. Bauserman and second by Mr. Horn to go into executive session to discuss the classified and coaching evaluations with Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Disney present. All voted aye. Motion At 7:47 P.M. motion by Mr. Hodges and second by Mr. Williams to go back into regular session. All voted aye. Motion 46 minutes was spent discussing evaluations. NEW BUSINESS TEACHER POSITION At 8:10 P.M., motion by Mr. Hodges and second by Mr. Horn to hold a second executive session to discuss the New Business Teacher position. With Mrs. Bohlander, Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Disney present. Each will be called in when needed. All voted aye. Motion At 9:34 P.M., motion by Mr. Williams and second by Mr. Bauserman to go back into regular session. 84 minutes was spent discussing the new position. ADJOURNMENT: At 9:35 P.M., motion by Mr. Bauserman to adjourn the meeting. All voted aye.
