1 At Jonathan Alder H.S. Library Monday, June 10, 7:00 p.m President Mary Jo Boyd called this meeting to order. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance along with silent prayer and meditation followed by roll call. ROLL CALL: Mrs. Boyd Present, Mrs. Blacka Present, Mr. Bichsel Present, Mr. Foust Absent, Mr. Votaw Present APPROVE MINUTES It was moved by Mr. Votaw and seconded by Mr. Bichsel to approve the minutes from the May 13, 2013 Regular Board Meeting, May 17, 2013 and May 23, 2013 Special Board Meetings and waive the reading of said minutes APPROVE AGENDA It was moved by Mrs. Blacka and seconded by Mr. Votaw to approve the agenda for the June 10, 2013 Regular Board Meeting FINANCIALS It was moved by Mrs. Blacka and seconded by Mr. Bichsel to approve the May 2013 reports as presented by the Treasurer FINANCIAL TRANSFERS $139,256 from Permanent Improvement Fund (003) to OSFC Maint.
