7 The Mary Kay Physical Year is always July 1 through June 30 Elite Consistency Club Consultants must be in the full MK seminar year and must place $225 wholesale and above each and every month no misses! Consultant will earn a special prize at the end of MK year. Consistency Club New consultants joining in any month ordering $225 Wholesale every month no oops. Consultant will earn a special prize. Order by the 15 th get a fun prize mailed to you on the 16 th. Kathy s Krew Court of Retail Sales The Consultant with the highest retail over $12,000 will be QUEEN and receive additional gifts. All Consultants who place $8,000 in retail orders will be recognized with a special gift. Mary Kay Go Give Princess Court Every Consultant who reaches $40,000 retail in the year will walk across Mary Kay s stage on Seminar Awards Night and receive a prize. Mary Kay National Court of Retail Sales Every Consultant who reaches $36,000 retail in the year will walk across Mary Kay s stage on Seminar Awards Night and receive a 14 karat gold and diamond ring. Four Quarter Star Consultant Every Consultant that achieves Star Consultant status all four quarters of the Mary Kay Year will win a special gift at Seminar from Mary Kay. Kathy s Krew Court of Recruiting Every Consultant who shares the opportunity will be recognized. The Consultant with five or more qualified recruits will receive recognition and a special gift. Mary Kay National Court of Recruiting Every Consultant with 24 or more qualified recruits will be honored on Mary Kay s stage at Seminar Awards night. Each winner will be presented with one of the legendary diamond bumblebees with emerald eyes. Miss Go Give Award The consultant who has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic, full of integrity, lives by the golden rule, supports her sister consultants, wears the Mary Kay Image, participates in unit meetings and company functions will receive the Miss Go Give Award. Husband of The Year Award The husband who encourages and believes in his wife and supports her in her Mary Kay Career by helping at home, delivering MK orders, and sharing her Mary Kay business cards with potential customers and team members. #1 in Personal Sales The consultant in Kathy s Krew who has submitted the most sales via weekly accomplishment sheets every week through Mary Kay Intouch or the US Postal Service will be honored as #1 in Personal Sales. These figures are based on facials, parties and reorders. Please note there will be no end of the year reporting.
