1 Elaine Krueger Exec. Sr. Sales Director S. Old Clarke Rd. Mulino, OR Office/Fax Cell Phone Hotline Access Code: # Be Sure to Visit the Website MK Customer Service Our Seminar 2015 Goals! $500,000 Unit Club 3 Offspring Directors! 5 Free Car Drivers! 10 Star Team Builders! 50 Unit Stars! We Can Do it! Greetings to the #1 Most Improved Unit in the Madson National Area! Wow! What an unforgettable Seminar Trip! As you have probably already heard, on Friday Morning I needed to visit the Red Cross at the Dallas Convention Center. They transferred me immediately to the nearby Baylor Medical Center ER. A few days later, I underwent surgery for a ruptured gall bladder. My husband was able to join me on Saturday and we returned to Portland, Thursday evening, August 7th. Needless to say, we are so thankful to be back home and to be getting stronger each day. On a happier note, I was so proud to have three eager consultants attend Seminar with me - Carol Miller and Linda Gatto - from our local area, and Teri Michaud (and her husband Tony) from Enid, Oklahoma! We all learned a lot and were inspired tons! This year is going to be a Firecracker Year and let s kick off the new theme Hooray for the Red, White and Blue! Decide to earn your Red Jacket! Decide to earn your White (or lipstick red - your choice) Chevy Cruze! Decide to Lead your team of women to earn the beautiful Blue Director Suit! I want to share the six most important things I took from my notes at Seminar 2014: 1. Say what your goals are at every appointment...ex: I m going to earn my MK Car! 2. Miracles happen to those who believe! 3. It s ALL about YOUR BELIEF LEVEL! 4. Protect your dream and believe in yourself. 5. DREAM about financial possibilities and write down what you want your monthly paychecks to be for the next year. What will you do with the money each month? 6. We have the vehicle to get women wherever they want to go. I have learned that Action gives us Confidence. Holding parties and facials gives us confidence in Mary Kay, we have a proven track record. We celebrate our small wins and know that one by one we build our personal courage and confidence. Be a student and be a learner. Celebrate YOUR Journey OUR Journey TOGETHER. Be a FIRECRACKER!! Finally, I loved what new NSD Sue Pankow shared from John C. Maxwell, motivational speaker and writer. He said, Dreams are free but the journey is not. Many people start, but not many finish. Be a finisher of your dreams this year! May this be YOUR best year ever there are SO many rewards to reap FIND YOUR WIN FIND YOUR WHY FIND YOUR PUPORSE AND PASSION This is simply a tool to make your life dreams and goals come true!! I BELIEVE IN YOU! Hugs and Belief, Elaine

3 Momentum Changer If nothing seems to be going right, break the pattern by getting yourself going right. When momentum is pushing you backwards, make the choice to create some positive, forward-directed momentum. Just because a few negative things have happened to you, doesn t mean you re having a bad day. It means you have the opportunity to make a meaningful positive difference in the direction of the day. Instead of agonizing over the setbacks and disappointments, get energized and enthusiastic about the good things you can now do. Get energized and then get busy actually doing those things, taking positive action and getting positive results. Be a momentum changer. Although the day may have started out in an unfortunate direction, that can end right now with you. Any negative pattern you experience can only continue if you let it. Don t let it. Stop the negative pattern, change the momentum and transform the whole day by choosing positive action. You have the power to be a momentum changer, so use that power to the benefit of yourself and all those around you. Ralph Marston Our Mary Kay career has opened the door to rich and fulfilling lives for thousands of women. You can help pass our special way of life on to others; and in doing do, your dreams can come true too! Mary Kay Ash August Birthdays!
