If you are Calling in an Absence, you will be prompted to select 1 for Attendance (this would be if your child will be absent). When you select 1, you will give the DAY/DATE of ABSENCE, #, CHILD S NAME, #, TEACHER NAME, #, and REASON for ABSENCE, #. *Between each selection, you will hit the # Key to get to the next question. (You DO NOT need to call the office if your child will be late.) If you have any changes to dismissal, select 0 and you will be directed to the office. (Changes may not be made after 3:00 M,T,TH,F and after 2:15 on W). If you are needing another Person or Department, listen to the remaining prompts for your selection. 2 Christmas Trees & Wreaths Boy Scout Troop 245 will be selling live Christmas Trees & Wreaths this year, with the proceeds benefitting their new equipment fund. Trees are fresh cut from an Indiana farm owned by the family of one of the troop members. Prices for trees range from $30-$40, and wreaths are $25. Call Mr. Lee at to preorder or stop by to 3100 W. Stones Crossing Road (near Mt. Auburn UMC). Hours: Friday, Dec. 3 (5-8 pm), Saturday, Dec. 4 (9 am-5 pm), Friday, Dec. 10 (5-8 pm), and Saturday, Dec. 11 (9 am-5 pm). We want to thank everyone who supported the Book Fair - it was a GREAT success! Your purchases helped increase the number of books available to our students both in the library and in their classrooms. We are planning another Book Fair in the Spring stay tuned! Thank you! Teachers, assistants, volunteers and students all enjoying shopping at the Book Fair! What a success! We couldn t have done it without any of them! BOX TOPS collections are going really well so far this year. To date, $1,620 has been collected! Keep up the good work! If your student turned in the collection sheet due in October, prizes will likely be going home after Thanksgiving break - we apologize for the delay. Thank you so much for all your efforts in making our program so successful! Also, you can help us earn a 1,000 point Campbell s Labels for Education Bonus Turn in your UPC codes off Campbell s, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Swanson or any other participating products by December 17th.
