1 REGISTRATION INFORMATION PLEASE READ THROUGH BEFORE REGISTERING All registration for classes is now done online! No waiting in line! Simply go to our website: and click on the ONLINE REGISTRATION/CURRENT CUSTOMER PORTAL tab. o IMPORTANT- If you have been a member with us at any point after September 2012, you are considered an existing customer and should use the Existing Customer Portal button. You can access your account by clicking Forgot password. New Customerso Click on the New Customer Registration button. o Then fill out the registration form, policy agreement and credit card information. Existing Customerso Once you log on to your account click on the Enroll tab and select in the Session drop down box. o Once you enroll in a class please click on the Policy tab and check the boxes and re-sign your name for the year. Everyone must do this in order for your child to participate. No exceptions. o After you have signed the policy page, please be sure to click the Account tab to make sure you have a valid credit card on file. Paymentso There is no submit a payment button. Once you enroll in a class, we are notified and will run the card on file on our end for the registration fee. You will receive an receipt as confirmation that we have received it. Tuition will be processed the first day of each term (Monday). You will receive a list of the draft dates on the first day of class. Please see the term schedule for term dates. IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR EVERYONEo Everyone must sign or re-sign their policy page in order for your child to participate. PLEASE be sure to read each section, especially our cancellation policy. o Everyone must have a credit card on file in order for us to run the registration fee for this year. We will run your card for the registration fee on the same day that you register. The registration fee must be paid in order to reserve your spot in the class. If we are not able to collect your fee within 24 hours we will have to drop your class enrollment. Your registration fee will be valid until August 31,2018. 3 REGISTRATION FEES: 1 child - $25 2 children- $35 3 children-$ 45 4 children or more- $ 50 Registration fee is non-refundable. All registration is done online through our website, by clicking on the online registration/parent portal tab. If you have been a previous member please click on the current customer portal button and it will send you a password to log in. CLASS POLICY: We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not have at least 5 students. REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR TRANFERS OF PAYMENTS TO ANOTHER STUDENT OR ANOTHER TERM. There is no proration for missed classes. RETURN CHECK POLICY: There is a $25 returned check fee. There are no make-up classes offered for any reason. Those who experience a major illness or injury may speak with someone in the office about missed classes. LATE ENROLLMENT - Tuition will be prorated from the date of enrollment to the end of the term. Military Discount: We offer a $5 military discount. (on tuition only & may not be combined with any other discount). Military ID must be shown at time of registration. Multiple Child/Class Discount: We offer a discount for enrolling multiple children: $5 off 2 nd child. Please ask about our discounts for 3 or more children.
