2 Hi everyone! Please find below the fixture for the Hoop Time Junior All Stars State Grand Final Day (Grade 3 & 4 teams). Please read ALL instructions carefully. Games are fixtured 2 x 8 minute halves all day. The day begins at 9.30am. Check-in will commence from 9.10am. Please ensure you arrive at Dandenong Stadium minutes prior to the first match to check in. Registration of your team before the first game is of paramount importance. This ensures that any late fixture and/or updated news for the day can be given out to all teams which helps ensure the day runs as scheduled. Upon arrival please register at the desk situated in the foyer at the back of the stadium in front of courts 4-7. All results will be listed on the glass windows in the foyer area of the registration desk. A Champions Parade of ALL teams will be held at 1.30pm after the conclusion of the Elimination Finals & Consolation Games. It is expected that all teams will attend this parade regardless of when your last game might be. All boys teams are to go to Court 2 after their 12.50pm game All girls teams immediately after their 1.10pm game. After the completion of the parade, teams that are no longer competing may collect their Grand Final T-Shirts and showbags. Schools are encouraged to bring along their school banners if available for the teams to hold as they pararde through, these can be stored at the Registration Desk. We would love to see as many schools as possible stay on to watch the rest of the finals after the parade to acknowledge our State Champion and Runner-Up teams. Each team will be allocated a photo session time. These will be distributed closer to the day. Please ensure your team attends your allocated session. Basketball Victoria will supply a GAME BALL for each court for game-use ONLY. They will not supply any warm up balls. You are allowed to bring your own warm up balls. First aid will be provided on the day by Acute Health and will be available from the first aid room at the stadium. Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. Canteen facilities will be open for lunch, drinks and snacks. Teachers/parents coaches please ask children to place rubbish in the bins throughout the day. Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time. Penalities will be awarded against teams that are late. Best of luck to all teams. I hope everyone has a great day.
