EXTRA MURAL ACTIVITIES AND LESSONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS EXCUSES. SPORTS White sports shirts are to be worn for all afternoon activities. No coloured shirts are allowed. Tackies should be PREDOMINATELY WHITE. NO BLACK tackies OR COLOURED LACES are allowed. WALKING CLUB: Girls are to wear their hats and carry water to drink en-route. NO SUPER KOOLS ALLOWED. Girls College sports kit must be worn. NO PHONES OR IPODS ARE TO BE CARRIED. TENNIS: Girls who sign up for Social Tennis must have their own Tennis Racquets and are expected to attend every lesson. AEROBICS: This is a 10 week course for SIXTH FORM GIRLS ONLY where girls are exposed to a wide range of fitness programs. GOLF: Term Fees - US$50 payable before sign up. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. SQUASH: Girls will be required to wear safety glasses when playing. CROSS COUNTRY / RUNNING; This will only be held TWICE A WEEK and will be split into ADVANCED (5km) and BEGINNERS (2km) groups. Both groups will run at the same time. NO PHONES OR IPODS ARE TO BE CARRIED. HOCKEY: PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SHIN PADS AND GUM GUARDS ARE COMPULSORY. KARATE: Term Fees - US$50 payable before sign up. 23 FORM 1 CODE OF LIFE - Topics include, building strong relationships, juggling busy lives at school and home, have fun communicating with others, etiquette, study skills, and ultimately how to live your life with purpose and how to live it well, no matter your circumstances. EXTRA LESSONS - Teachers are available to assist on request. Extra lessons are scheduled between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. A full timetable is provided on page 22 of your program. ICDL EXAMINATIONS ICDL Examinations will be held every Thursday from 1:30pm subject to the number of registered candidates.
