Hi David, We appreciate your understanding on the delays concerning a few things, such as association issues regarding the elevation. We understand that the start of your build was a bit confusing and didn't quite follow the standard process, and we are so happy that we were able to get your home on track! It's coming along quite nicely! Quality of materials & workmanship. Bob & Kittie have been patient and very understanding. We have watched Silverado build homes two years & love the quality. We have looked at many homes & we hadn't planned to build until we met Bob with Silverado. When he gave us a tour, we knew that we wanted Silverado to build our next home. Eric did a great job. We are demanding customers, we know what we want and we want what we paid and we feel like they delivered as promised. I would use them again. We have had four homes built and this is the best by far. I would recommend Silverado Homes to anyone building a home. Thank you Dan! They was not one bad experience with anyone. Silverado is very professional, honest, and they do great work always! Thank you so much! We are so glad that we are fulfilling your expectations! Have a happy holiday season! I can not express how much we enjoy our house. The staff was great and helped us every step of the way. We did not know what we were getting ourselves into. They have wonderful staff across the board! Builder very responsive to needs and committed to quality. We are so excited that you love your new home! I was most satisfied with the communication and handling problems efficiently. They were very fast and efficient. Bob was very accommodating. He really, I feel, has the home buyer's best interest in mind. He is not just building homes to get them in the ground. I believe he wants to build a solid home to give to the buyer. Elyse has been wonderful through this whole process so far! Elyse answered the many, many questions we had and was always quick to reply to s! There is so much that goes into building a home but the staff and binder been very helpful! Very satisfied with Silverado's willingness to customize the standard floor plan to accomodate our requests and with their ability to stay on schedule throughout the process, especially with a lot of other projects underway at the same time.
