We had some issue that was suggested (by the installer who came to measure) regarding our high windows. I called Richard, he was responsive; he came up with... Installation went perfectly and looks excellent. The crew of was fast, efficient and courteous. This company needs extensive work in communication, customer service, follow through and honesty. It was a journey that began in April 2017 and concluded in Sept 2017 to complete the job due to mismeasurements, defective blinds, etc. the only good thing I can say is the installer, John is a decent guy... So nice and on time when I asked the time I wanted. Very satisfied! We weren't 100 percent satisfied with their service. They did a very good job. Very professional! I would strongly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing window treatments. I purchased shutters that were recently installed. The arrived sooner than expected and are wonderful. I even called the company the day after to praise the installer we had!!!! 100% satisfied and happy. was fast and they gave us efficient service. I was very pleased with the service and the work that was completed. I am very happy with my blinds. The install was very quick and easy. Installer communicated about date and time very well. It was one of the worst home improvement buying experiences of my life and I have remodeled 4 homes and built another. Window coverings were bought my 92 year old dad who just had his house renovated and he purchased products everything that could be used in the house and he had such a great experience that he talked to the manager of the store and she wanted him to write an article. The last part went terribly... The treatments our windows looks like they will keep the light out. exceeded my expectations in price, quality and service! It was a pretty frustrating experience. There was something wrong with their system that when I faxed documents they could not get them. I spent a lot of time sending the documents to designer. After reading mixed reviews online, I worried I'd have a bad experience. I'm happy to say, however, that I was pleased with all phases of the project. From the initial consultation through installation, 3 Bling Mice kept me updated throughout and were professional and courteous. The person that did the installation did what he was supposed to and he was very polite and efficient. The salesperson gave me a timeframe of a month my order to be placed and installed. It took more than a month them to call me back to install it. The window wasn't measured correctly the first... when we started this process we thought we had contacted Grabar but Lynne Brown was from 3 Blind Mice. It took 2-1/2 months to receive our window coverings. We also were going to order 2 bedroom blinds, 2 loft blinds, 1 vertical slider, and 3 kitchen valances. Because of the price we only ordered the... OD, the sales representative, was very well-inmed, professional andso impressed me enough with his design advise at the first meetingto obtain my business. Oct 18, 2017 They need to get back to us. There's no communication whatsoever. Once I changed my salesperson, Things went much more smoothly. The original person did not answer texts or s. Marc was on it, however. I would not recommend. I am very happy with them. I have used this company twice and both times were great experiences. I had all of the same staff and everyone was kind and professional. I highly recommend them. The communication between the seller and the installer needs improvement. There was a quality step missing in that the order from the factory was incomplete, the installer did not notice, and the seller "production manager" was unaware.
