He was very thorough and attentive to our needs. His proposal was very detailed and gave us options based on different price levels. He delivered on 100% of his promises and did so in a timely manner. When we did hit a snag, John didn't try... They were all excellent. Graddy, Alex and the whole crew are always professional and polite. Hard workers and the end product was amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything came out. We hired John Anderson to strip the ancient cedar boards, shingles and casings off our 100-year old house and replace them with new Hardie siding. I had put this project on hold two years and after two years they still were in tune to my project. The Hardie board siding and trim looks great and you would have never know they were there. Start time the project couldn't come soon enough but that's because John Anderson is much requested.the installation was efficient, clean and safe... Having dealt with other GC's bee I found that communication was a strong point and easy From start to finish it was a job well done. Since I replaced everything from outside to the studs including windows, siding, soffit, fascia, plywood and insulation, it was a big job. Not to mention it was the 2nd floor. All in all very pleased. Our HOA met with John Anderson after having interviewed a number of other companies, and there was absolutely no comparison. Based on just our initial communications with both John and Heidi, we knew that they were the right company the job. They are true professionals, and their product knowledge... Our job was one of the most complex. It involved the extensive replacement and repair of beams and soffits on a craftsman bungalow. The roof angles were complex, and much damage was hidden.
