5 7th Annual School-Wide Adopt-A-Family Dear Parents, Calvary Christian Academy s Student Government is providing an opportunity for the Elementary and High School students to work together to bless the less fortunate during the Christmas season. CCA will be partnering with Calvary Chapel to acquire gifts to further the reach of the Adopt-A-Family ministry. We will be collecting Toys & Toiletries then wrapping them together. Your student can help bless a family in need by purchasing any new toy or toiletry, (toiletry items include bath sets, socks, pajamas, slippers, wallets, sweatshirts etc ) then sending it into school on or before Friday, December 9, 2011 (gift cards and donations are also welcome). You can base your gift on items your or your child would like to receive. During the week of the December 12th we will have the elementary students pair up with the high school students to wrap all the donated gifts before we hand them to the church's Adopt-A-Family ministry. We look forward to another opportunity to work along side our student body to bless those in need. Thank you in advance for your participation. Blessings, CCA Administration & Student Government If you can attach a gift receipt with your purchase that would be great, Thanks!

8 Capture your Congratulations October, 2011 Dear CCA Senior Parents, You are probably aware by now that senior year of high school is full of many emotional changes. Your child is excited and fearful as he/she looks to the future and what God has in store. This is also a natural time for reflection on the past and all that the Lord has done thus far. I am sure this is true for both your student and for you as a parent. Your pride must be overwhelming at the thought of your child completing high school in just a few short months. Wouldn t it be great to capture that pride and excitement in print that will last a lifetime? The CCA yearbook reserves a section of its publication for congratulatory ads dedicated to seniors where your entire well wishes and delight can be recorded. This will obviously be a book your child will cherish for a long time to come. Let them know just how proud you are by purchasing a senior ad today. Purchasing an ad is simple fill out the enclosed order form and return it to CCA along with the proper payment. If your order is received at the CCA office before November 30, 2011, this cherished memory will only cost you $ Orders received after that early bird deadline will cost $ The final deadline for all senior ad purchases is December 30, If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Judy McKain by phoning the high school office ( ) or by (jmckain@ccphilly.org).
