Facilitated over 25 leadership programs per academic year including an annual leadership colloquium. Managed a 1200 square foot Leadership Resource Center. Coordinated the activities of 12 staff members, supervised career, graduate assistant and support staff. Taught a course in leadership theory and practice. Created and implemented leadership and multicultural programs for classroom presentations. Provided staff liaison with the Leadership Resource Center Advisory Board of community leaders. Supervised a Greek community consisting of 34 chapters and over 1000 students.
