1 MISSION STATEMENT St. Cloud Area School District 742 Our Mission is to create a safe and caring climate and culture in which we prepare, engage, educate, empower, and inspire all learners in partnership with their surrounding community to be successful in today s and tomorrow s society. COMMUNITY INPUT will be held at 6:30 p.m. During this time, the Board of Education will allow citizen input in accordance with their established guidelines. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL BOARD MEETING AGENDA I. CONSENT AGENDA (ACTION - Roll Call) The consent agenda consists of noncontroversial items that the Board adopts routinely without debate. Any single member may remove an item from the consent agenda by requesting removal at the time the consent agenda is moved for adoption. A. Approval of Board Meeting Agenda and Work Session Agenda B. Personnel Staff Changes The Administration recommends approval of the following personnel changes pursuant to relevant laws and appropriate provisions of negotiated agreements between the Board of Education and exclusive representatives. For new hires, the indicated rates are consistent with current negotiated agreements and Board approved 1

HVAC Controls Project Change Orders Totaling +$282, The Administration recommends approval of the following change orders for the above named project. - Change Order #3 with KUE Contractors, Inc. for McKinley in the amount of +$8, for miscellaneous changes during construction to address existing conditions, and minor revisions to rooms affected by the secure entry scope of work. - Change Order #3 with KUE Contractors, Inc. for Madison in the amount of +$51, for miscellaneous changes to the construction project to accommodate existing conditions in relation to the HVAC upgrade including electrical, mechanical and code official requirements. Also included are additions to the exterior site work improvements to accommodate adjacent existing grades. - Change Order #2 with Boser Construction, Inc. for South in the amount of +$221, for the above named project for ADA stairway modifications, additional painting to walls in classrooms outside of original HVAC plan scope, and miscellaneous modifications to the HVAC project due to existing conditions. This project is being funded with long term facilities maintenance funds. These change orders are within the approved budget for this project. D. RFP Award - District Life, AD&D and LTD Insurance The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the RFP for District Life, AD&D and LTD Insurance to Madison Life for the , and plan years at the rate of $ per $100 monthly payroll for LTD, 7
