How do you incorporate outdoor learning areas into the school curriculum? 4. How does furniture play an integral role in 21 st Century Learning? 7 The expansion added: twenty six (26) classrooms, two art rooms, expanded the library, band hall, choir, orchestra, dance and weight room. The new outdoor learning area features an amphitheater, built into the side of a hill, with native limestone blocks and several raised beds which were created to use as educational planting area.

8 The science labs, which are on the lower level, have easy access to the outdoor learning area.

Fidgeting boost the brain. Students aged can t sit still more than 5 minutes on average can t sit still more than 15 minutes on average can t sit still more than 25 minutes on average Students should not spend their entire school day sitting, but rather: 50% sitting (dynamic sitting on flexible chairs) 30% standing (e.g. standing at desk) 20% walking around (e.g. teaching methods like active learning organization methods, and breaks which involve movement)
