They have started taking classes since April 2016.

Three vidyalaya management meetings will be conducted in. with the specific agenda in the field of academics construction, administration and any other issue related to vidyalaya(vmc List is enclosed). Budget proposal was made by allocating funds to different heads as per KVS norms and sent for approval to RO Chennai in the month of JULY Revised estimate will be prepared in the month of JULY st March 2017 March 2017 One VMC meeting got over by August 2016 JULY,2016 In the month of JULY, Every year Principal & stock in-charges Stock in- charges and checkers The amount received after sale will be deposited in VVN. After verification list of all items along with condemned items will be prepared. All VMC Members The decision taken in the meetings will be implemented for the improvement of the vidyalaya. As per KVS Directions 11 Maintenance of school Campus, Cleanliness & upkeep of -Campus For the maintenance of school campus a committee has been formed which gives its report in a tool to supervise the work of sweepers kept on contractual basis under the house keeping conservancy service by calling quotation. sweepers are deputed for the purpose under the private contract of cleaning. To conduct various investigatory projects and other activities of scientific nature. To conduct various workshops where children can learn technical processes which may help them later on in various fields. The report of SUPW programme is sent every month along with other monthly letters Yearly plan is prepared by the librarian for distribution of books to all classes. Formative and summative assessment will be continued throughout the academic session. The specific agenda is given on the last day of the month by the Principal to all subject committee in charges so that all the subject teachers can co-ordinate with each other and monthly planning can be done. Teachers have to prepare power point presentations, teaching learning materials, demo classes investigatory project/any innovative method to be used in class room teaching in the current academic session. 3. Teachers will be encouraged to motivate students to participate in innovative projects/inspire,ncsc, J.N Science exhibition programme. 4. Few teachers are taking up innovative projects this year. 12 Other programme 1. Teachers are advised to take the classes strictly as per split-up plan provided by RO & KVS HQ. 2. Efforts are made that innovative methodologies and teaching aids are used while teaching-learning interaction. 3. Sufficient amount of CW/HW is assigned 4. Teachers day, Literacy day, National education day, Bal divas, Hindi divas, Foundation day, Heritage day, Powell s birth day, National Science day, Vigilance awareness week,national constitution day will be celebrated. Prayer activity, pledge, News, thought Dhyanam, Special item, Poem/Sanskrit sloka, Birthday celebration, Community song and National anthem are regularly conducted in assembly. Beside this all kinds of necessary information is imparted in assembly. Special items from CMP, integrity club, are also organized in assembly. 7 Bulletin Boards Four bulletin boards are allotted to house Abdul Kalam, C V Raman, Vikram Sarabhai and Kalpana Chawala. Boards are decorated according to the activities and latest themes. Certain themes are also allotted such as lifeskills education, NCF, CMP, health and hygiene, scientific and technological advancement, save environment our heritage etc. Daily in the assembly. In addition during substitution periods different activities are conducted in topics like self esteem, peer pressure, goal setting,drug abuse, self awareness, self confidence, juvenile crimes, cyber bullying, etc by the counselor.
