We therefor take pleasure in inviting you to our clinics with excellent coaching and matches. MORE ABOUT CAMP DISCOVERY Camp Discovery is a 270 hectare game reserve, situated 60 km north of Pretoria in the Dinokeng Conservation Area. A variety of game, bird and tree species are found here in typical bushveld habitat. Regular game drives are part of the program. Sightings include species like eland, giraffe, sable antelope, roan antelope, oryx antelope, waterbuck, red hartebeest, kudu, impala, blue wildebeest, springbuck, reedbuck, bushbuck, zebra, nyala, duiker, steenbuck and warthog. We also breed with golden gnu and black impala. Our facilities and facilitators are a proof of our excellent quality. Activities that add value to the program are amongst others cycling, archery, obstacle courses and our excellent menu! MORE ABOUT THE COORDINATOR/COACH Arno van Wyk specialises in cricket coaching, marketing and administration and has successfully completed various Sport Management courses. As qualified Level 3 coach his dream came true in 2004 when he took charge of the most successful cricket academy in the Northern district, if not South Africa. He coaches on both primary and secondary school levels. In 1997 he started his first Cricket academy at school level. Currently, over 85 schools countrywide make use of his curriculum to expose young aspirant players to cricket Directors: WL van Deventer (Chairman), VD Mazibuko, JA Haasbroek

2 In the last 18 years he has won 8 primary and 23 secondary schools NCU league championship trophies. Arno also did groundbreaking work by establishing the first Technical Analyses Room using advanced technology to detect errors in technique. His combination of technology and coaching kicked up a storm and he was approached to do technical analyses with the senior South African Ladies Side and various provincial sides i.e. Northerns Nuffield u/19. In 2010 and 2015, Arno s Menlo 1 st XI side was crowned national schools T20 champions. Currently Arno is based at Menlopark High School in Pretoria in charge of 750 players taking part in all formats of the game. Arno concentrates on team coaching, dynamics, strategies and over-all preparation for school cricket seasons. Camp Discovery is well known countrywide for its successful sport clinics and is proud to make use of Arno to take charge of our cricket clinics!
