The same list is used for both rounds but students may select a different topic. A new list of topics will be provided by Rostrum for the Grand Final. Speeches used in Quarter and Semi-Finals may not be used in the Grand Final. Rostrum will arrange 3 adjudicators. Winner and runner-up from each quarter final proceed to separate Semi-Finals. Winner and runner-up from each semi-final proceed to Grand Final Participating schools to provide the contact person and coordinator with the name of their contestant and topic at least 3 days before the event.
