1 Term 1 Sept 2017 Oct 2017 CEIAG Programme Introductions to the CEIAG team and the support offered by the IAG Learner groups Curriculum teams Increase awareness and use of the team to help ensure learners are on the right course, stay on course and 6 week transfer support within the first 42 day curriculum review HE Workshops covering: Introduction to HE How to Choose your University Course How to Complete your UCAS Application How to Write your Personal Statement All level learners who are either: Identified as transfers by Curriculum Choose to transfer will be referred to CEIAG for one to one guidance to find an alternative course All level 3 learners who are either: In year 2 of a level 3 programme Doing a 1 year level 3 course All learners who are taking part in enterprise activities as part of the tutorial programme and enrichment progress To successfully transfer learners within the college onto an appropriate course Specific group sessions on HE as requested by Lecturers Level 3 year 2 groups Progressing HE learners All current and potential late learners Ensure current and potential learners at the college choose the

2 CV Workshops All groups required to apply for apprenticeships in order to progress progression route most suitable to them to improve success rates Support learners to do successful applications for apprenticeships within the national time scale

3 Term 2 Nov 2017 Dec 2017 Specific group sessions on HE as requested by Lecturers on: Level 3 year 2 groups How to Write your Personal Statement HE Finance Web Portal Log All learners Keep learners on track with their Conversations with learners course to improve success rates Sessions attended Events awareness Attend School Open Days Potential learners in schools Provide information and advice to potential learners on potential progression Encourage them to come for one to one guidance to help them choose a suitable progression route All current and potential learners Ensure current and potential learners at the college choose the progression route most suitable to them to improve success rates

4 Term 3 Jan 2018 Feb 2018 Employability workshops covering: All learners Provide learners with skills to CV Writing successfully apply for work as part Job searching time alongside their course or full Interview skills time as progression from their course Applying for jobs Progression options activities including E3, L1, L2 and L3 learners Support learners to consider their options for progression, looking at courses, work and apprenticeships.
