1 University clearing advice/contact details for most common destinations for BHASVIC students This list will be useful if you want to contact university admissions clearing staff about an application. We have only included the most popular destinations in this list but you can find the details for all universities either on the Student Room Clearing Directory 2017 or university websites directly. The Open Day will take place on Saturday 19 August from 10am till 1.30pm. You can also apply online for clearing Once your place is confirmed by UCAS, you can apply for accommodation via our website. We will do our best to offer accommodation to all applicants.

Plan what you are going to say Remember we can only discuss offers with the applicant, so while we know that parents are keen to be involved, you need to make the calls yourself. Think about what you are going to say and be prepared to say why you are interested in that course and university, and what you have to offer. You will be able to apply for accommodation online the day after your offer status has been updated on UCAS track. If you can t do this immediately don t worry, just try again the next day. Although we can't guarantee you a place in our accommodation if you ve applied through clearing we should be able to help you. You will hear from us by 7 September with information about the options we can offer.
