He worked really hard, so I was really impressed with him. I feel like we made a wise decision using Champion. I appreciate their longevity, their reputation, and the quality of their products. My front storm door was not installed properly and I have not been able to get a resolution. In fact it has taken numerous calls to get through to someone to solve the problem. The team that did the installation were great and organized and worked very hard all day long both days they were here. The windows look awesome and the frames as well. They made a world... It is a pleasure to deal with a business which you do not have any concerns about the completion of the job. Whatever is needed to complete the job is addressed and transparent. The work is quality work and the salesman and the work crew were very pleasant to work with. They also seemed to know their jobs well. The service was great. They were timely, the salesman and installers did an excellent job, and the windows look great, They had a competitive price with out compromising the quality. It went a lot smoother than I ever expected from start to finish. We are very pleased. This is our 2nd time using Champion, and we'll use them again if needed. Sales process was very helpful and strictly nopressure. We had no questions Mr. Richardson could not answer. Installer was on time, totally professional, and did excellent work. Perhaps the best recommendation we can give Champion Windows is our next order, which WILL happen within 1-2 months. They do good work. I was very pleased from the very beginning with the sales staff. The people that came out, answered all of our questions, and I was inmed in plenty of time on what time you would start. Kevin was very knowledgeable when he came and he convinced me by showing me comparisons regarding products that I could have gotten. They started on time and they finished and everything is clean. They even gave me an extra window incentive going with them. They installed the free window and... Jonathan Hayes was professional and really understood our needs. He was caring and customized our wish list. The crew arrived precisely at 8AM as promised. They were respectful, clean and professional and they were quick and efficient. I am just very happy with how Champion Windows handled everything they've done. I am happy I chose them! They took a lot of worry away and they knew what they were... If they could get the price down, they could sell more windows. The man said I had only one option and they made one type of window. I primarily went with them because of the name and warranty. Great look, great service, nice people. I am very satisfied with the work and how quickly it was done! Everything was great!
