My only thing is this: these people don't know how a person's house is built, so sometimes you do run into problems that are not their fault because it is just how the house was built! Everything went well even though we did have some small issues... Paying up-front and waiting close to 6 months. Not sure if this is everybody. I trusted HOMEDepot name why I signed up the job. I did not expect the job will take so long my construction to begin. We expected a 2-3 week period between the time we made the order and had the project done and it ended up taking 3 months. I am happy and pleased. My installer was wonderful, very polite, on time, worked extra hard and even late when he needed to. I didn't have any problems. John was unspeakable, he is so competent, such a perfectionist, can do more in less time and always left the work space spotless in the evening, never found a job he couldn't handle, just like Melvin. Starting with Cindy Pace, who could be better than Cindy Pace! I love her! She was always right there with assurance that the problem... They did a great job and I am pleased with their workmanship. They were not timely, did not stand behind their word. I missed Work installation, which did not happen due to mistakes of the company. If you value your time and want a company that does what they say, this is not the company you. However, The installer was fantastic and did a superb job once... It was a wonderful experience and I would use them again if needed. They were attentive, respectful and done the job beautifully. Abe Nissen and Adam (installer) were completely professional, friendly and reliable... a pleasure working with them. I am very happy with my bathroom remodeling permed by. New Kent, VA Dec 15, 2017 It was a lot more than we bargained. We paid top dollar to have our bathroom totally remodeled and 4 1/2 months later, it is not operatable. We had glass shower walls and door installed onto a neo shaped shower base. The installer had to do it twice. The first installation was wobbly, messy snd very disappointing. I did not like the materials used. The sales consultant had pictures and not actual samples of the suggested materials. The... They did Damon wrong by blaming something on him that was the factory's fault. Damon should get a lot of credit helping us so much. When I first approached an associate at Home Depot about a bathtub and wall renovation,i didn't know what I wanted. They got me in touch with Romanoff Renovations and everything went smooth through every phase of the job. I will recommend to anyone of my friends future home improvements. I very impressed with the professional of Romanoff throughout the process of the project. All work was done on time in the manner represented. I will refer friends to them and use them again. J.L.J. Work was sloppy and left unfinished. We called everyone we knew to call at romanoff. They sent people out and promised repeatedly... The work and the quality were good. The installation guy, Alberto, was incredibly professional and very skilled. They are extremely professional and courteous. They provide quality work. I highly recommend your bathroom remodel. Everyone was very professional. The installers were wonderful and respectful of my home. The work was done quicker than expected.
