Customer service and communication are key factors in this role as is the ability to analyse problems and find a fast solution. Your key duties will include; Inbound customer support; Day to day troubleshooting; Providing Level 1 Support; Basic diagnosis; System configurations; Testing and fault finding; Scheduling escalations to higher level support as required; Providing exceptional customer service.
