After owning and managing businesses and holding senior positions in accountancy practice, he joined BPP in 1998, becoming the Managing Director and founder of BPP Cambridge in Gary has also provided tuition for Cambridge University, Reed College and Shell Petroleum. Safina teaches ACCA papers F3, F7, F9, P2 & P4 Safina has worked within senior positions in industry and has been lecturing in professional accountancy for over 13 years. 3 About our ACCA platinum courses Tuition Courses All areas of your syllabus comprehensively explained by our expert team of ACCA tutors. Teaching is combined with exam standard questions in order to build your confidence and help you develop good approach for when handling exam requirements. Tuition courses provide course notes, study manual, exam practice kit and mock exams to submit, out of hours tutor study support and pass assurance (same course taken FREE at any location until you pass). Revision Courses All areas of the syllabus delivered in key summary with your tutor using past exam questions to demonstrate how best to approach exam requirements. Your tutor will show you exactly how to maximise your marks when answering exam requirements, targeting specifically the core skills examiners are looking for and demonstrating good exam technique to help you pass with confidence first time! Revision courses provide course notes, study manual, exam practice kit and mock exams to submit, out of hours tutor study support and pass assurance (same course taken FREE at any location until you pass). ACCA exam regulations The ACCA Qualification consists of 3 modules: Knowledge module (papers F1-F3), Skills module (papers F4-F9) and Professional module (Essentials papers P1-P3 and Options papers P4-P7). AAT qualified students are exempt from exam papers F1-F3. Papers F1, F2, F3 & F4 are available as Computer Based Exams on demand throughout the year. Papers F5 to P7 are available as Paper Based Exams (sat at fixed exam sittings, four times a year in March, June, September and December). The pass mark for all exams is 50%. The timing of Paper Based Exams exams is 3 hours + 15 minutes' reading and planning time. For paper-based exams commencing September 2016 onwards, candidates may now use the 15 minutes of reading and planning time however they choose and may start writing in their answer booklet during this time. Pilot CBE exams are also available from September 2016 for paper-based exams F5-F9. Students are allowed to take a maximum of 4 exams during each examination session. Exam papers at each module can be taken in any order and in any combination. You can attempt exams at different modules in the same exam sitting. However you must enter for all outstanding papers within your current module if you wish to do this.
