1 and Guidelines Sacred Heart School is a very important part of the Catholic faith-forming and educational program at Sacred Heart Parish. Over a hundred years ago, our parishioners built the School and they continue to generously contribute their time, talent, and financial resources to its functioning. We are proud of our parishioners and all who actively participate and support our parish school. While faith-formation and education take place in the classrooms of Sacred Heart School, we recognize that the most important part of faith-formation occurs in the family and parish-community. Weekend liturgies, as well as other activities appropriate to the students ages and interests, greatly influence their faith development. The cost of operating Sacred Heart School is derived solely from the student tuition and parish subsidy. The approximate cost is $ to educate each child and the parish subsidizes each child. A concern always exists that this system may become inadequate when families are not active and supportive members of the parish. When families register at Sacred Heart, they are committing to being an active presence in community worship, in contributing their time and talents, and in financial support to the parish. *Registration Fee: $ if paid by February 3rd with an additional rebate if your first tuition payment is made on or before April 20 th. *Registration Fee: $250/family Non-Refundable Registration Fee is due at the time of registration. SACRED HEART IN-PARISH PARTICIPATING MEMBERS TUITION RATES To qualify for Sacred Heart In-Parish Rates, each family must be an active contributing member. Attendance taken by church envelope. CATHOLIC MEMBERS FROM ANOTHER PARISH TUITION RATES Families must provide a letter of Good Standing from their home Parish in order to receive a discounted tuition rate. Each child is placed on the class list according to the paid $250 Registration Fee. If the class list becomes full, then the child will be placed on the wait list. The Registration Fee is Non-Refundable. The 1st payment includes a charge of $500 per student for: technology, instructional materials, book rental, student workbooks, textbooks, cafeteria management, Art lab fee (K-8); Science lab fee (K-8); supplemental readers (i.e. Time for Kids, Scope, Weekly Reader, Scholastic Magazine, Writing), and agenda book. This charge is not refundable after April 20 th. This is not an additional fee, but included in the cost of tuition. The Legacy Fund Raffle (held in spring) is Sacred Heart School s major fundraiser of the year. The goal of this fundraiser is to help keep our tuition costs down, while continuing to provide a quality education to every student. Each family is required to sell 20 raffle tickets for the Legacy Fund Raffle. If a family decides not to sell tickets, the family must provide a letter in writing to the tuition office, along with the $ fundraising fee. The $ fundraising fee will also be included in the first tuition payment paid on or before April 20 th, or if registering after April 20 th, on your first payment of tuition. The FACTS Management Program will be used by all families to pay all tuition fees. FACTS allows automatic withdrawal of tuition from a checking/savings account. Visa may also be used for your convenience, with an additional service charge. is divided into 10 monthly payments, with payments from the months of April January. The FACTS program charges a one-time Enrollment Fee which is also withdraw from the selected checking/savings account.

You may choose 3, 4, 5 full days or 5- ½ days, whichever option best fits your family needs. *To be eligible to enter Kindergarten for the School Year, the student must be 5 by September 1, Each student must be completely toilet trained. 4 Tiniest Hearts Preschool Schedule School Hours: 8:45-10:00 am Total Per Month # of Payments through 1/20/2018 Tuesday and Thursday $ $2,000 8:45-10:00 am This program is open to students aged 1 to 2 ½ years old and their special person close to their heart to enjoy story time, finger play, music, crafts, and snack time. The student and their special person will enjoy time together sharing their first school experience. To be eligible to enter the Tiny Hearts Preschool Program, the student must be 2 ½ by the start of class together. All Accounts are to be paid in full by. be paid through FACTS Management Program.
