The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective Bargaining agreement with the Allegany Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $38,000 based upon Schedule B, Step 1 (Susan VanDeCar). v) Motion by Palmer Second by Schifley Motion- Approval of appoint Suzanne Ciminesi, who holds initial New York State Teaching Certificates in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2) and Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) as an Elementary Teacher in the Elementary tenure area for a four (4) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 and end on September 1, Eligibility for tenure at the end of the probationary period is dependent on Suzanne Ciminesi receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 3 of the 4 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $48,881 based upon Schedule B, Step 11 (Rebecca Austin).

4 Page 3035 vi) Motion by Kahm Second by Quinlan Motion- Approval of appoint Chelsea Vossler, who holds initial New York State Teaching Certificates in Literacy (Birth-Grade 6), Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6) and Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) as an Elementary Teacher in the Elementary tenure area for a four (4) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 and end on September 1, Eligibility for tenure at the end of the probationary period is dependent on Chelsea Vossler receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 3 of the 4 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $38,000 based upon Schedule B, Step 1 (Susan Pircio). vii) Motion by Maguire Second by Schifley Motion- Approval of appoint Sarah Shulman, who holds initial New York State Teaching Certificates in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2), Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) and Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2) and (Grades 1-6) as an Elementary Teacher in the Elementary tenure area for a four (4) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 probationary period is dependent on Sarah Shulman receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 3 of the 4 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $39,963 based upon Schedule B, Step 3 (Barbara Driscoll). viii) Motion by King Second by Palmer Motion- Approval of appoint Katie Desautels, who holds initial New York State Teaching Certificates in Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6), Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2) and Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) as a Special Education Teacher in the Special Education tenure area for a four (4) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 probationary period is dependent on Katie Desautels receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 3 of the 4 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In

The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $40,982 based upon Schedule B, Step 4 (Joan Hall). ix) Motion by Palmer Second by Black Motion- Approval of appoint Corinne Quinn, who holds initial New York State Teaching Certificates in Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6) and Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) as a Special Education Teacher in the Special Education tenure area for a four (4) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 and end on September 1, Eligibility for tenure at the end of the probationary period is dependent on Corinne Quinn receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 3 of the 4 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $39,963 based upon Schedule B, Step 3 (Paula Cotton). x) Motion by Kahm Second by Palmer Motion- Approval of appoint Clinton DePew, who holds Professional New York State Teaching Certificates in Social Studies 7-12 and Literacy (Grades 5-12) as a Social Studies Teacher in the Social Studies tenure area for a three (3) year probationary period to commence on September 1, 2016 and end on September 1, Eligibility for tenure at the end of the probationary period is dependent on Clinton DePew receiving APPR ratings of Effective or Highly Effective in 2 of the 3 preceding years and no Ineffective composite or overall rating in the final year. The expiration date of this probationary appointment is tentative and conditional only. In order to be eligible and considered for tenure, the teacher must meet all requirements of education law and corresponding regulations. The salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Allegany-Limestone Teachers Association and the Board of Education in the amount of $44,197 based upon Schedule B, Step 7 (Karen Loucks). 14) New Business Update on student board member for next year.
