1 3 rd Annual Deer Park Falcons Co-Ed Invitational *Rain or Shine* Place: Deer Park High School, 1 Falcon Place, Deer Park, NY DATE: Saturday May 14 th, 2016 NEW FORMAT: Boys 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (roughly) / Girls 1:30 PM 5:30 PM Deadline: All entries must be received by Wednesday May 11 th, Entries To: Thomas.Brouillard@my.liu.edu or mail entries to, Thomas Brouillard Deer Park High School 1 Falcon Place Deer Park, NY Entry Fees: $ blanket entry per team (One Gender) $ Combined (Men and Women) $10.00 per Athlete $20.00 per Relay Event Limits: Athletes may enter two (2) open events and one relay max. Teams are allowed to enter two relay teams per relay. Timing: FAT Timing will be used. Results will be posted at Awards: Medals to top three (3) competitors per individual event. Winning relay for each relay event will receive medals. Top three (3) teams will be awarded a team trophy/plague. Scoring: First through sixth place score in individual events ( ) and first through third place score in relays (10-5-1).

2 Amenities: Brand new track facility. Great chance to get last chance seed times for championship meets. Food and Beverages will be available to the right of the entrance that leads to the track. T-Shirts will be available for purchase. Other Information: Questions? DJ will be performing during the duration of the meet. Competitors who are not competing must be off the infield and in the stands. Coaches meeting for boys to take place at 8:45 AM on the infield 1:20 PM. Meet information packets to be available at registration table. Buses: Buses will be allowed to drop off athletes at the parking lot next to the track. NO CARS OR BUSES WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARK IN THAT PARKING LOT. Buses will be routed to the adjacent parking lot after drop off (Student Parking Lot). Additional parking will be available on the other side of the high school next to the softball field (Staff parking lot). Bathroom facilities located by throwing area. Additional porto-potties will be available next to the stands. No admittance into the High School, building will be CLOSED.
