The SARC contains information about the condition and performance of each California public school. Under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) all local educational agencies (LEAs) are required to prepare a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), which describes how they intend to meet annual school-specific goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities. Additionally, data reported in an LCAP is to be consistent with data reported in the SARC. Procedures for student sign in are well-established. As a result, despite the short amount of time each student attends a session clear documentation shows who is or was on site each day. A back gate was made in the fence between Crossroads and R.M. Miano Elementary School for additional options should emergency evacuation be required out the back door of the Center. Emergency exit routes are posted in each cubicle and at the front and back door of the classrooms. In June of each year the Safety Plan is reviewed and any necessary changes or updates are made. The Safety Plan is shared with all staff at the Welcome Back staff meeting on the first day of school. Clear descriptions of emergency procedures, a listing of students who have been suspended in the last three years and the discipline offense for which they were suspended, and a reminder of suspendable and expellable offenses are provided D.
