2 Who is Colorado Soccer? Colorado Soccer Association is the governing body for youth and adult soccer in Colorado.
3 MISSION AND VISION Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) is a non-profit educational and service organization, oversees Colorado Soccer, benefits players and members, advances and honors the game by providing critical infrastructure and promoting sportsmanship and fair play in a safe and enjoyable environment.

8 Leagues League Opportunities Mountain Region League: From Steamboat to Durango, the newly-rebranded Mountain Region is comprised of clubs along the Western Slope, and Southwestern Colorado. 9 Leagues League Opportunities Front Range League: Located along the Front Range, this league offers three levels of recreational youth soccer, and is primarily focused on grassroots soccer to encourage a love of the game, and advancement to the competitive leagues. The majority of our youth players fall within the Front Range League. Exposure to new soccer families is maximized in this league. 10 Leagues Advanced Youth League Opportunities Colorado Champions League The Colorado Champions League is CSA s most competitive league and is made up of three levels/divisions designed to enhance competition across the state. Teams must apply to participate in the Champions League. Applications for league admission are based on competitive play in the Colorado Centennial League. The Champions League is reserved for players ages 11U through 19U and play 9v9 or 11v11. 11 Leagues League Opportunities Colorado Centennial League The Colorado Centennial League is the advanced league with the most divisions to allow 11U through 19U players the opportunity to advance to the next level of advanced competitive play through CSA. This league is comprised of five divisions. Title Sponsor The Colorado Centennial League may be considered the stepping stone to the Champions League divisions. Teams are placed in the divisions based on performance and divisions are set to promote competitive play for ages 11U through 19U. CSA is offering a flat-rate sponsorship for all divisions. 13 PROGRAMS AND EVENTS OPPORTUNITIES Olympic Development Program ODP is offered to players of Colorado by CSA in conjunction with the player s club. It is a US Youth Soccer program designed to identify and train elite players throughout the country and offer Colorado s elite players opportunities for added development and player recognition. TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) A community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by a Colorado Soccer Association volunteer. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Annual General Meeting (AGM) Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet Each year, CSA hosts its Annual General Meeting. The weekend kicks off with the State Cup MVP Dinner on Friday night honoring the past year s State Cup Most Valuable Players for both the boys and girls divisions. The next day is a workshop day for clubs and referees from Colorado. Workshops include risk management, rules and policies, referee administration, league information, and more to assist clubs with operations for the season. The last day of the weekend culminates with voting for new Board of Directors and the CSA Board meeting. Awards Banquet The Awards Banquet honors Hall of Fame inductees, the Young Male and Female Referees of the Year, Coach of the Year awards, and always includes a special keynote speaker for the night. Tournaments CSA hosts several tournaments for the benefit of its members and players throughout Colorado. Our tournaments are for recreational and competitive teams at all age groups and levels.
