2 general information C O L L E G E A T O L D W E S T B U R Y For over 30 years, Future Stars Summer Camps have been providing families with outstanding Sports, STEAM & Specialty day camp programs. Our programs provide thousands of campers every year with a fun, safe, and productive environment which will maximize their opportunity to enhance their skills and confidence. Summer 2017 programs will be offered on campus at The College at Old Westbury from June 26 August 18th. All programs run weekly from Monday to Friday and camp hours are 9:00am-4:00pm Extended Hours are available with Early Drop-off (8am) and Late Pick-Up (6pm) options available. Additional Charges apply Full program details and convenient online registration are available at fscamps.com Families can register for weekly sessions and programs based on their summer schedule, campers interests, and Future Stars list of offerings. CAMP DIRECTOR David Stapleton is the site director for Future Stars Summer Camps at The College at Old Westbury and returns for his 11th summer in He graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 1999 and brings over 20 years of experience in summer camps, coaching, and youth sports. CAMP STAFF Camp staff is comprised of Coaches, Teachers, Instructors, and Student Athletes who share a passion for working with children. MEDICAL STAFF Camp Medical staff are EMT, First-Aid, and CPR/AED certified and are on site at all times during camp hours. CAMP PERMIT Future Stars Summer Camps are permitted to operate by Nassau County Department of Health. The Camp is inspected twice yearly and copies can be obtained by written request from Nassau County Department of Health. OPEN HOUSE EVENTS Saturday April 1st & Sunday April 2nd from 10am to 12pm noon Campus Tours are also available year round. CAMP PRICING Pricing includes tuition and lunch and varies based on program choice, date of registration, and number of weeks enrolled. Conveniently located on Rt.107 minutes from the LIE (Rt.495), Jericho Tpke (Rt.25), and Northern Blvd (Rt.25A). The College at Old Westbury athletics department sponsors 13 NCAA DIII intercollegiate teams participating in the Skyline Conference. Future Stars Summer Camps utilize the collegiate athletics facilities, as well as additional campusfacilities for all programs. Summer 2017 will offer 20+ exciting program options. Clark Athletic Center Outdoor Facilities include Baseball & Softball Complex, Full-Sized Grass Training Fields, Tennis Courts, Hitting Walls, Basketball Courts, and more! Clark Athletic Center Indoor Facilities include Multiple Gymnasiums, Swimming Pool, Racquetball Courts, Panther Pride Recreation Area, and more! Additional Campus Facilities include Air-Conditioned Cafeteria, Recital Hall, Classrooms, OWTV Studio, Computer Labs, and more! Additional Camp Features 100ft of Slip n Slides, Soccer Golf Course, Game Tent, GaGa Pits & more!
