2 York County School Division Pay Plan Fiscal Year 2018 SALARY SCHEDULES S.REG-GCBA School Board Policy File GCBA provides that, "School Board employees shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedules in the York County School Division Pay Plan." The Superintendent proposes changes to the Pay Plan as warranted by economic conditions, market conditions, Pay Plan adjustments made by the County or other factors. Each year, following final approval of the Operating Budget for the coming year, the Superintendent presents to the School Board for their approval salary schedules which incorporate any recommended changes.
