Students were informed about the various career opportunities; pay package, cadres etc. in the field of Merchant Navy. 3 15 th August 2016 Report on Career and Placement Guidance Dhrishti Education conducted a career guidance workshop in our MVM s Degree College of Science and Commerce on the 11th August at 12 pm on the 3rd floor A.V room. Mr. Mahavir Modi was the guest speaker for the day. They had a career guidance seminar for all the BMS, B.Sc.IT and BAF students. A total of 58 students attended this seminar from the respective streams. It began by informing the students about the career opportunities in today s Competitive world. Students were guided on how to face the co-operate world interview with ease. Which were supported by various visual aids to support this information. They also highlighted the various aspects that students should be aware while facing an interview. Demonstration were done so that students get an idea how interviews are are being held. Students were guided on how to make appropriate CV S. The students seemed very enthusiastic about this. The session was informative and appreciated by all. 4 REPORT ON WORKSHOP FOR INTERNSHIP By Arena Animation Date: 9 th August, 2016 Arena Animation came to our campus, MVM s Degree College of Science and Commerce on the 9 th August at 12 pm in the 3 rd floor A.V room. They had a career guidance cum placement opportunities seminar for all the BMS and B.Sc.IT students. A total of 40 students attended this seminar from the respective streams. They began by informing about their company and then digital marketing, designing and game programming details, they used audio visual aid to support this information. They also highlighted the various events they organize for the employees and the various awards won by them. They offered internships in Graphic and web designing for the students of our campus with an attractive salary for a minimum period of 6 months. The students seemed very enthusiastic about this project and would be taking internship opportunity provided by Arena Animation. In charge Placement & Career Guidance Cell

5 Report On Career and Internship placement On 19 th august, 2016 an session was held for the student of SY and TY BMS and BAF at our college. The section was all about career, internship and placements. The session started at 9:30am, our guest speaker of the day were Mrs. Priyanka Archarya. She is a trainer and consultant along with being and academician and researcher from Mumbai. She started the session with her experiences, views and interacted with students and small activity was done during this session. This session was about the career and internship placement. The event was specially held for SY and TY year students of BMS and BAF and the session end up at 11:30am, the vote of thanks was given by Miss Palak shah.
