3 An important part of ARI s mission is public archaeology, including public outreach campaigns, web-based archaeology resources, public open house tours, providing public lectures to adults on Arizona archaeology, and yearly participation in the Arizona Archaeology Expo. My digital public archaeology duties included the design, testing, and development of a web accessible relational database application using PHP web scripting language and MySQL relational database technology in support of ArchNet, a searchable website of registered archaeological website links now housed at the Archaeological Research Institute. The other mission of ARI is to house the physical and digital archaeological collections of the Roosevelt Dam projects for the Bureau of Reclamation. I was responsible for some maintenance and data retrieval for the Roosevelt project and related datasets archived at the Institute. Finally, in concert with Dr. Arleyn Simon, I drafted an outline for database pedagogy for archaeological research based on my experiences with collections management at ARI. Archaeological Database Consultant, Gila River Indian Community Cultural Resource Management My duties include basic data retrieval and analysis of the Cultural Resources main database. I was also responsible for some aspects of Database design/repair, including the creation of analysis data entry forms, independent query forms and reports.
