Once the payment request has been made to the Voucher Provider please holidaycourses@endowedschools.org to state that the payment request has been made. Failure to add the appropriate reference and send an may cause delay in confirmation of the place. Note: The course balance must be paid 21 days prior to the course start date. Failure to do so will result in your place being immediately cancelled and any monies retained. 7 LOUGHBOROUGH ENDOWED SCHOOLS FOUNDATION HOLIDAY COURSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS A non-refundable deposit of 30 per child per course is to be paid on booking in order to secure a place on an LESF course. Written confirmation of the receipt of the booking form and deposit payment will be sent to all parents with any additional information about the course. Refunds will be given in the event of any LESF course being cancelled by Loughborough Endowed Schools Foundation. The deposit is non-refundable in all other cases once paid. Bookings not paid in full at 21 days prior to the course start date may be cancelled and all fees paid will be retained. All fees paid will be forfeited by anyone cancelling a course within 21 days of the course start date. The deadline for the receipt of applications is 48 hours before the applicant s first proposed day of participation. There is no guarantee that a course can be offered after this time, therefore, please do not arrive on the first day of the course expecting a place as there may not be one available. If a course is full, names will be added to a waiting list on a first come first served basis. Please note that this does not guarantee a place on the course. You will be contacted prior to the course if a place becomes available. Loughborough Endowed Schools Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any student from a course for behaviour that we deem to be detrimental to the smooth-running of the course or which might interfere with the safety of any other participants on the course. Regulations made for the safety and comfort of course members must be observed. Loughborough Endowed Schools Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss or damage to property or any injury sustained by participants. Qualified medical staff will be onsite at all times in case of any incidents requiring medical attention.
