Section 6.c Transferring credits Should the applicant want to transfer credits from another institution to ELTE, this can only be discussed with an admission counselor after the application has been accepted. Keep in mind that credits can only be accepted under certain circumstances, depending on the availability of an equivalent course at ELTE and the accreditation of the institution the course was originally taken. 7 Section 8 Assistance Section 8.a Student Disability Arrangement For further information, please send an to Do you require assistance due to a disability? Section 8.b Student mentorship ELTE mentors help international students with everyday problems and they guide international students through their international experience during their stay at ELTE in Budapest. They are enthusiastic, open-minded and helpful Hungarian ELTE students. Mentors will be there to help international students with their first steps in Hungary and at the university, such as university administration, finding a flat or room, the best pubs, shops, restaurants, etc. Although the Faculty of Humanities will do its utmost best to assign a mentor to the applicant if requested, availability can unfortunately not be guaranteed.
