2 FROM THE PRINCIPAL S DESK This Newsletter amply shares the joy of learning, the enthusiasm and the talent of our little children, the achievements and activities of the year and the challenges and needs we have before us. K.V.No.2, Ajmer is committed to education, and believes that the biggest gift that we can give to the privileged children of our society is a holistic all round development.all the students take part enthusiastically in different activities organized from time to time, which cater to their harmonious development. In this era of information technology, Computer based teaching is playing commendable role to bridge the gap between haves and have not s in teaching-learning process.the Vidyalaya is a centre of excellence in Ajmer and we can strive to provide every primary student a joyful learning under the policy of CMP - Common Minimum Learning implemented by KVS.The team of endowed teachers provide a stimulating learning environment where the children are nurtured through their own stages of self discovery, enhances the skills they need, along with the self esteemand positive feelings,thus educating the children for life.our children are focused, enthused to learn and highly motivated to achieve.this Newsletter shares their achievements in every field. Our effort is to bring out their potentials in every field in order to achieve their aspirations. I am extremely proud of all my teachers & students and enjoy working together as a big family. A Child Without Education Is Like A Bird Without Wings. WORD FROM THE HEADMASTER Primary education is the foundation on which the development of every citizen and the nation as a whole is built on. K.V.S. is in the constant endeavour to make the teaching learning process in the vidyalayas child centric by implementing the Common Minimum Programme in the Primary Section. The activity based teaching makes the classroom living, enjoyable, meaningful effective and innovative. The fortnightly screening of the film shows breaks the monotony, inculcates values like team spirit, cooperation, patience etc. It enhances the thinking and reasoning skills. The C.C.A and Games and Sportsarepart of the Co-scholastic curriculum of a learner in K.V. 2, Ajmer. Its main aim is to help in the holistic development of a child, to its perfection in body, mind and spirit.reading habits is developed among the students through the class library. To develop the constructive attitude, enrichment of the vocabulary, enhancing the students imaginative, creative and thinking skills various activities such as poem recitation, quiz, story telling, news reading, etc. competitions were conducted. Music &Art education plays an important role in the growth of the personality of a learner at all stages of development. The global language English is given due importance by conducting various activities such as skit, extempore, etc. The teaching learning materials prepared are displayed on the class display boards provide and are evaluated from time to time.the C.M.P. also lays emphasis on active participation of parents for the educational growth of the children. It is rightly said: Everything comes to us that belong to us if we create the capacity to receive it.
