This rigorous ten-month experiential program uses the Harthill s Leadership Development Profile, seven stages of consciousness and Harvard methodologies in adaptive leadership and group relations to examine your current leadership style, strengths and areas for development. At the same time, this unique program exposes you to a range of diverse experiences, guest speakers and contributors, including your peers in the room, to explore the social, economic and environmental issues, and their leadership challenges, which influence and impact the community and our operating environment. Bring these two streams together in a collaborative, challenge-based learning project and workplace activities to stretch and test your leadership in action For Established and high-potential leaders in established careers from all spheres of business, non-profit and government who: Are seeking to broaden their horizons through a unique personal and professional development approach Are identified as high potential leaders in roles requiring more than traditional management competencies to achieve organisational objectives Are open to possibilities and have a commitment to personal and professional development Are in general management or executive positions; Individuals who are at the forefront of innovation; Cross-functional integration leaders What you will learn Drawing on the experience of our expert facilitator, a range of dynamic guest speakers and a diverse group of peers in the room, you will explore: Leadership: using the Harthill s Leadership Development Profile and Harvard methodologies in adaptive leadership and group relations, examine your current leadership style, strengths and areas for development Vision, Influence and Ethics: using the LV leadership framework, reflect on your experiences, values and assumptions to understand the choices you make and what is the right thing to do, the influences on attitudes and behaviours; and frameworks for common purpose and strategic thinking

2 What you will learn continued Community leadership: explore the leadership challenges of social, economic and environmental issues facing the community. Where are the gaps? What can be learnt about leadership from others experiences, successes and challenges? How can these leadership learnings be applied in your role, organisation and sector? The Rooke & Torbert Leadership Development Framework is a key pillar of the development approach, together with Adaptive Leadership, Immunity to Change and more. 4 Williamson Plus 1:1 Extension Package The Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP) provides a comprehensive and extensive leadership intensive, exposing participants to a range of leadership models and frameworks. The Rooke & Torbert Leadership Development Framework is a key pillar of the development approach, together with Adaptive Leadership, Immunity to Change and more. Each model is introduced and adapted to the group, and the group setting becomes a safe leadership laboratory to explore and test your own leadership. This group work is powerfully effective. However, some participants are keen to further explore some of the models of particular relevance to their situation in an individual rather than group setting. To cater for this, we now offer a customised extension package: Williamson Plus. Williamson Plus is a package of additional 1:1 support which further leverages your leadership learnings, providing individual support to integrate your learnings into your workplace, and augmenting core program content. Williamson Plus is an option only available to WCLP 18 participants. Williamson Plus comprises three coaching sessions, a one-on-one Leadership Development Framework debrief during the WCLP 18 program year, plus an additional (longitudinal) administration and one-on-one debrief of the Leadership Development Framework post-wclp 18 program year. Part A: During WCLP 18 program year: 3 x 1:1 coaching sessions with a professional coach from the LV Associate Coaching Team One-on-one coaching helps integrate your learnings from Williamson into your workplace. Your coach helps you reflect on your specific experience in the Williamson program and coaches you to maximise your impact for your organisation s benefit. You can explore your workplace issues in greater detail and in the complete confidence of a one-on-one environment. (Additional and ongoing sessions available separately on request.) 1 x 1:1 personal debrief on your core Leadership Development Framework positioning Williamson includes a thorough group debrief of the Leadership Development Framework (LDF). You can leverage that excellent introduction with an intense, personalised experience of the LDF,

5 delving deep into your own leadership position, and outlining a specific personalised plan for your opportunities for development. Part B: After the WCLP 18 program year: 1 x Professional re-test and 1:1 personal debrief of your positioning in the Leadership Development Framework Your Williamson learning will continue for many years. Undertaking a re-test in the LDF will enable you to identify your progress since the program and allows you to reflect on the intense WCLP experience in the context of the important LDF framework. The debrief can also form an ideal basis for an evidence-based discussion with your supervisor about your progress, your impact and your next steps with your organisation. Participation in Williamson Plus is recommended but optional, and non-participation does not impact any other aspect of your WCLP 18 experience. Enrolment in Williamson Plus can occur at any time before or during WCLP 18. Cost: WCLP 18 members are offered this package at a discounted rate of: Standard: NFP / individual: $3,241 +GST $2,950 +GST Standard commercial pricing would exceed $5,000.
