The lab experiences will provide concepts on production, weights and measures, work simplification, costing and standards. Serving techniques, finishing procedures and decorative methods are also practiced. Change to clean uniform if necessary when working as cashier/customer service. 4. Demonstrate safe use of large and small equipment in the bakery.
