3 FROM THE GROUP DIRECTOR S DESK It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Leadership Development Program for All India Ophthalmological Society & Academic Research Committee (ARC). This millennium has brought with it a reminder of the urgency to develop and keep ourselves abreast of the changing environment. The world is changing at a bewildering pace, technology is moving ahead, new economies are emerging and at the same time organisations are restructuring with a view to consolidate their core competencies. The distinctive approach of Leadership Learning that we use at Welingkars has helped us design a program that would sharpen your inherent skills and prepare you to face every competition with utmost confidence.
