8 Answer: Approximately 42,000 people attended Katy ISD graduations over a period of three days to watch over 4,400 students graduate.

11 Fun Facts In 1931, Katy ISD had only two school buses, one to carry students in from Waller County and the other from Harris County. Today, the Transportation Department transports over 51,000 students to and from school every day.
