1 Sunday, April 29 th Registration/Vendor Show/ Guest Speaker Location: Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport 2501 South High School Road, Indianapolis, IN Registration: will take place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Vendor Show: will take place from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Guest Speaker: Our guest speakers Sheriff Mike Neal and Ofc. Christian D'Alesandro will both speak at 10:30 AM and then again at 3:00 PM Monday, April 30 th Training Day/Banquet BBQ Training: will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, throughout the Indianapolis area. Lunch will be provided. Banquet/BBQ: Cocktails starting at 6:00 PM, Presentation of Colors at 7:00 PM, dinner at 7:30 PM Location: Location to be announced (It will be nearby the hotel) Raffle: Our usual raffle will take place with plenty of great prizes and firearms Vendor Appreciation/Guest Reception: All attendees, instructors, and vendors are welcome to attend with drinks and appetizers served.

Tuesday, May 2 nd Training Day/Last day of Conference Training: will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, throughout the Indianapolis area. Lunch will be provided. Important Conference Information: ILEA Training Credit: ILEA training rosters will be posted 1 week after the conference concludes. Each officer will receive hours of training credit. Check in: Each officer must pick up their own check in packet on Sunday, April 29 th at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport/Vendor Show. Make sure to check out our vendors as they provide us with donations and showcase their equipment. There will be a walk and talk raffle this year as well. Directions to Training Classes: We will provide you with detailed directions to training locations when you pick up your packet. 5 ISOA 2018 Annual Conference Guest Speaker Sheriff Mike Neal Michael Kent Neal is currently the Sheriff of Monroe County was a former Corporal for Arkansas Game & Fish and was assigned to Lee County. Michael began his career in law enforcement in 1998 as a part time officer for the Monroe County Sheriff's Department. As a member of the Brinkley Fire and Rescue team he served as fire Instructor and after ten years of service retired in 2009 in the rank of Captain. On May 20, 2010 Office Neal was instrumental in ending a brutal gun battle in West Memphis that resulted in the death of two West Memphis police officers and the wounding of the Crittenden County Sheriff and his chief deputy. Michael became instrumental in ending the gunfire by ramming his Game & Fish vehicle into a minivan carrying two shooters. While under direct fire, he engaged them in a fierce gun battle, eliminated their threat and saved many lives. In his presentation of the Medal of Valor to Officer Neal, Governor Mike Beebe stated His training kicked in and further tragedy was averted and avoided by his trained, heroic, selfless actions. Officer Neal has received over numerous different awards for his heroic actions which included: 3 Medals of Valor, Citations from The Arkansas House of Representatives, The Arkansas State Senate, The United State Senate, the 2010 Arkansas Game and Fish Wildlife Officer of the Year Award, the Southeast Regional Wildlife Office of the Year and Arkansas Law Enforcement Officer of the Year the 2011 International officer of the year. On February 20, 2012 Officer Neal was awarded the congressional Medal of Valor for Vice President Joe Biden. Due to his excellent training, he is the one of the most decorated Wildlife Officer in the history of Arkansas Game and Fish. Expertise in Hostage Rescue, Hostage Negotiations / Crisis Intervention, Rappelling, all SWAT related tactics and techniques. 17 years Program director for the TTPOA. Adjunct Instructor for Safariland Training group.
