I never really got a chance to choose the materials and it was very last minute. Jenkins Restorations is truly a professional organization that I highly recommend to anyone repairs. Being a first time home owner, having encountering a major flood in the home was really frustrating but Jenkins Restorations made the process very comting from the beginning to the end, HIGHLY... It was a pleasure to work with Cherokee, the two gentlemen that handled cataloging my personal items which were destroyed, Steven and Jamie. What a wonderful team! Very good work.kept me inmed. Would use again. Jenkins Restorations was upfront with the process of the work that was to be done. They kept me inmed from start to finish and completed the work thoroughly and professionally. I was totally pleased with the quality of the work and the interaction of the personnel. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Jenkins Restorations, I appreciation the kindness and concern during the process, be on time and keeping me inmed of the work done. Potomac, MD Aug 29, 2017 Jenkins Restoration was great in getting repairs done to our kitchen floor after we had a flood from our refrigerator. They worked with USAA in deciding what needed to be done and then in getting the engineered hardwood flooring the project. We had our kitchen and eating area hardwood replaced. The... the men that did the actual physical work were great It was very good. I would not recommend Jenkins Restorations. Very satisfied with outcome. Jenkins Restorations did a very good job and was not messy the entire time they worked. My wife was happy andthat made me happy. They did a terrific job and I especially liked Micah! They removed a tree from my yard and neighbors' and wereprofessional, helpful and conscientious. The young man John was so polite, knowledgeable and wonderful. I was so impressed with his kind and gentle manner and expertise. I felt totally comtable with them. They were very respectful and insightful. Fort Washington, MD Jun 01, 2017 We dealt with a flood which can be anxiety provoking and stressful. We had peace of mind, and were so pleased with Jenkins every step of they way. Every worker was friendly, courteous, professional, kind, trustworthy and hardworking. I can't thank you all enough how easy you made this project,... I was very satisfied and they did excellent work. They exceeded my expectations. I was highly satisfied. They were great - from the estimate to the guys who came and fixed everything and cleaned it up. They were all very nice and helpful! Pleasant company with pleasant people. Jenkins Restorations is divided into separate divisions, so it is important to note that this is the group that permed the initial tarping of my roof. My opinion would greatly differ the repair side of Jenkins. I would recommend Jenkins Board- Up/Tarp and any mitigation work as a result... He explained the process and even apologized in advance the unavoidable noise created by the fans and dehumidifiers. They were most professional. Justin was awesome.the only issue came with the subcontractor, which ultimately turned out to be a communication issue. Be aware that there may be third parties involved, and make sure everyone is on the same page as to what is the desired outcome and method to accomplish it.
