Renovation of a historic elementary school into 24 condominium units. Design responsibilities included reconfiguration of lower level and investigation of hidden spaces leading to increased living space in units. SNBL Clinical Pharmacology Center at UMB BioPark 41,000 GSF. $5 million. Tenant fit-out for 96 bed pharmaceutical testing center including patient rooms, staff support areas, and executive offices on two floors of UMB BioPark Building One. Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd. is a Japanese company that is expanding its U.S. operations. Responsible for RFI writing, quality control, submittal review, design revision drafts, project supervision, and progress monitoring. Laurel Park Bettors Parlor 1,200 GSF. $30,000. Renovation of former office space for a new Bettors Parlor. This is a private space for major customers of the racetrack including seating, flat screen monitors, a teller, and kitchen and restrooms. Designer responsible for schematic design of space and coordination with construction superintendent. University of Maryland Baltimore BioPark Building One 125,000 GSF. $15 million. Core and shell building intended for laboratory and office tenants. Project manager responsible for scope writing, bidder recommendations, RFI s, submittal review, design revision drafts, quality control, reporting to Owner, project supervision, progress monitoring and LEED compliance. 5
