In the tear out process they made sure to do excessive damage so as to assure a larger job of repairing after remediation. We would never hire them again. The crew are inexperienced. I am not happy at all with the work Rytech did in my home. They didn't put ceiling vinyl in any room, theree, my family and I cannot live there. It was a wreck when they finished. They didn't use a trash container and threw everything out of my house onto my yard and I had to pay a company to pick... Rytech made a horrible situation manageable. Tried to charge me and my insurance company work that was not permed. We were not at our house in Florida when we needed their service but they took care of everything and kept us inmed. On day one 3 trucks with 5 men were onsite to prep mold remediation. The next 6 days only 1 man was onsite with two hypo fans running. It seemed that too much time and too much sheetrock and kitchen cabinetry were removed and discarded to resolve the mold... The team was supportive, responsive, and professional. They were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to assist me. I highly recommend them. Margo and John were just amazing.
