They tore the old siding off, repaired any rot underneath and installed a layer of insulation bee installing the Hardee board. Replaced all gutters and soffits. Plus installed new stonework... Thank you taking the time to review us on Guild Quality. We are happy that you and your wife are pleased with your project and the final result. Being an Elite Preferred James Hardie installer, we are very selective with our crews and Antoni and his crew do excellent work. We apologize the delay in starting your project. Apr 12, 2017 All the people I've dealt with throughout my project have been courteous and professional. I'd definitely recommend SIS. S.I.S. was my choice James Hardie siding based on their excellent reviews, and their status as Calgary's only 'Elite Preferred' dealer the product, having all 5 levels of credentials from James Hardie. Their pricing was competitive, but the best part was how accommodating they were to our schedule... I was satisfied with everything. It was a long process in the end I was pleased with the outcome. If you are considering replacing windows my suggestion is that you go the S.I.S. Office and look at the Windows and meet Megan. She is amazing and will easily walk you through the show room and show the various types of windows available. No pressure as she just points out the value of the various windows... Interesting question #9.We did not have any problems that need to be addressed. They did a amazing job replacing a box bay window that had a steel frame and could have been a real challenge. S.I.S. is a highly professional company, with courteous, knowledgeable staff. We were especially impressed by their clear communication at every step of the process. I expect we could have had the work done more cheaply, but I doubt we could have had better service and better workmanship. Page 5 of 7

Richmond, BC Jul 20, 2016 The job started on the time frame scheduled. Every aspect discussed was achieved. The various personnel that I communicated with, were very personable. The project manager and the crew did an excellent job! Very pleased with all personnel we dealt with. Installers were very neat and tidy and pleasant to deal with. No surprises in terms of additional costs or time needed to complete the project. We were really happy with the service that we got. Install went well and on time. Finished product looks great. SIS quote was a little higher than others so expectations were high and they met that. You get what you pay with Hardi-board. Install must be done to spec and SIS did just that. Very happy with the experience. Long Life installed 16 Vinyltek windows in my Steveston home. From the quality service and presentation by Blaine to the obvious professional removal and installation by Josh and his awesome crew the project went off ahead of schedule and the end result showed quality and great looking windows throughout... SIS was a company I got in touch with at the Calgary Home Show. We awarded SIS the contract because of their professionalism, their willingness to work with our budget and the fact that there was no pressure or up-selling.
