2 About the OakLeaf Medical Network The Network was founded in 1994 by a local group of committed physicians out of a desire to deliver personalized healthcare to individuals and their families throughout the Chippewa Valley. Today the Network is continuing to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care based on this promise. As a physician-directed, patient-centered health service, the Network links 175 Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals covering 25 communities and growing.
