2 2+2 Articulation Procedure Important Points for Counselors Eligibility for Sierra College credit expires 2 years after completion of either high school/rop class OR high school graduation, whichever comes last. Unless otherwise noted, all Sierra College classes listed articulate with the high school/rop course. Credit limits are imposed where the student may earn a maximum of 15 units on all articulated courses or any other courses through the regular challenge process. Students should consult with Sierra College Counselor to choose which Sierra College courses will best fit with their academic and career goals. Students must submit high school transcripts when they file the 2+2 articulation petition. Eligibility documentation is maintained by the Tech Prep Office. Counselors should help the students complete as much of the 2+2 Credit Petition as possible and forward to Tech Prep through Career Connections. Tech Prep office will be in touch with the student if additional information is required. If students are not sure of the title of their articulated class when they get to a Sierra College campus, please have them fill out the top portion of the 2+2 Petition with as much information as possible and leave it for/ or forward to CTE Transitions/Tech Prep in Career Connections at the Rocklin Campus. Teachers listed as inactive are currently not teaching the class, those listed as retired are so, they are no longer with the listed school.
